Additionally, you will partner with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experiences, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Key duties involve managing team performance through coaching and evaluations, supporting operational efficiency and budget management, and maintaining adherence to care practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Over 1 year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience

- Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
