What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat common acute and chronic conditions.
- Leverage EMR/EHR systems to maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to improve patient health outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license and current DEA registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of NP experience (Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Family Medicine preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment and proficiency working with diverse patient populations.
