The Cority System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Cority software platform, specifically focusing on the Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) modules. This role ensures that the system supports business processes, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• System Administration & Configuration

  • Configure and maintain Cority modules for Quality, Safety, and Environmental management.

  • Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and dashboards.

  • Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular audits and updates.

• User Support & Training

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cority-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system use.

• Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data collection and reporting.

  • Customize modules to align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Support internal audits and compliance initiatives using Cority tools.

• Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards for QSE metrics.

  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

• System Integration & Upgrades

  • Coordinate with IT and Cority support for system updates, integrations, and enhancements.

  • Test and validate new features and upgrades before deployment.

  • Maintain documentation of system changes and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Occupational Safety, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience administering EHSQ software platforms (preferably Cority).

• Experience in Quality, Safety, and Environmental compliance and reporting.

• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Cority’s QSE modules and configuration capabilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
