The Project Manager Enterprise Applications is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects related to the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Reporting to the VP of IT, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of enterprise applications across Azuria Water Solutions.

The right candidate will possess a mix of pragmatism, creativity, strong project management and communication skills as well as technical depth. The successful candidate will create and follow best practice project management standards, both agile & waterfall development methodologies, and adherence to source control and change management policies.

Typical responsibilities and skills of this position include:

  • Develop and sustain effective, trusted relationships and partnerships with Azuria Water Solutions Business Peers and Senior Leadership.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and proactively manage risks and changes.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to facilitate requirement gathering, define project objectives, and align project deliverables with business goals.

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers involved in enterprise application projects.

  • Define and negotiate vendor contracts, statements of work, and service level agreements.

  • Monitor vendor performance, ensure adherence to contractual obligations, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

  • Provide guidance and support to project team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Define testing strategies and oversee the execution of testing activities, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure that lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a project management role with focus on enterprise applications and integrations required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.

  • Experience supporting a minimum of 2 major ERP full life cycle implementations within multiple industries, impacting 200 users, with significant financial impact on the organization across different business domains such as Finance, Sales, Safety and Operations required.

  • Experience in leading teams providing system support and enhancements to end users at all levels of the organization.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise application software, including ERP systems, CRM systems, and other business applications.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is desirable.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
