Pool Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Pool Service Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving mechanical problems, and learning hands-on skills. Whether you have experience or are looking to start a career in the pool industry, we provide training and opportunities to grow into a senior technician or leadership role.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial pools (vacuum, skim, brush walls and tiles)
- Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, filters, and heaters
- Complete minor equipment repairs such as replacing filters, gaskets, and O-rings
- Assist with seasonal pool openings and winterizations
- Record service activities, chemical readings, and work orders
- Communicate equipment or repair needs to the office
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Plumbing, electrical, or maintenance experience is a plus
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills when interacting with customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
