Construction Crew Team Member

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Construction Crew and help us create stunning vinyl and gunite pools. As a Construction Crew Team Member, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learn valuable skills, and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site excavation and preparation for pool installations.
- Perform construction tasks such as forming, pouring, and finishing concrete; assembling steel walls; transporting materials; and installing pool plumbing and electrical conduit under supervision.
- Set up and maintain equipment at job sites.
- Operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with your team.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and small power tools.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum of construction experience
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Willingness to work six days a week, including weekends, during the busy pool construction season.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
