Construction Project Coordinator / Estimator / Customer Relations
Build projects. Coordinate teams. Work directly with customers.
Cool Pool, Inc. is a leading provider of residential and commercial swimming pool construction and renovation services. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our growing Construction Department.
This is a hands-on role combining construction coordination, estimating, customer relations, scheduling, and project administration. You will work closely with Project Managers, customers, construction crews, vendors, and internal departments to keep projects moving from proposal through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate construction schedules, permits, inspections, deliveries, and project milestones.
- Monitor job costing, work orders, and project closeouts.
- Coordinate customer payments and communicate upcoming payment milestones.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project.
- Coordinate with Construction, Service, Purchasing, Accounting, and outside vendors.
- Follow up on outstanding project requirements and ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of construction project management or coordination experience preferred.
- Experience with estimating, job costing, proposals, contracts, or change orders preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Residential construction, remodeling, landscaping, or pool industry experience is a plus.
