- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor DME orders, medical supplies, physician signatures, and level-of-care billing accuracy with eagle-eyed precision.
- Keep everything organized: Systematically upload and categorize documents in patient charts so nothing is ever missed.
- Be the communication hub: Handle incoming calls with warmth and efficiency, route messages accurately, and keep the entire team connected.
- Support the big picture: Prepare IDT agendas, update plans of care, mail/fax UPOCs, and create organized facility binders?because every detail matters.
- Drive compliance & quality: Generate reports, track decertifications, and ensure regulatory standards are met every single time.
