As an Intake Specialist, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and other callers. This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience and ensuring each caller receives professional, compassionate, and helpful service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and gather relevant information from callers
- Use critical thinking and sound judgment to assess information and determine the appropriate next steps
- Transfer callers to the appropriate Firm employee or referral resource
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls
- Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate customer service
- Maintain a positive and helpful experience for every caller
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, stays calm in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently assess situations and determine the appropriate course of action. Position Details
