The Ava Hotel, a newly opened Curio Collection by Hilton property in the heart of Paso Robles, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for this distinctive lifestyle hotel.
Compensation & Benefits

The Role
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving total hotel performance through strategic leadership of group, transient, leisure, local, and corporate segments, while shaping the brand presence of The Ava Hotel within the Paso Robles and Central Coast markets.
This role works closely with ownership, the General Manager, Azul Hospitality, and Hilton brand partners.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven Director of Sales & Marketing (or senior/associate DOS) experience in full-service or lifestyle hotels
- Strong understanding of Hilton systems and brand standards (preferred) or brand experience at major hotel brand (required)
- Highly organized, relationship-driven, and results-focused
- Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle destinations
