Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Server role based in Pigeon Forge, TN. As a Server at Azul Cantina, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. You will ensure that tables are clean and properly set, assist with menu recommendations, and contribute to creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to remain friendly and professional under pressure
- Experience with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with good collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Knowledge of Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine or a willingness to learn is an asset
- Must have flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
