Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as TOAST POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are met
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order calculations
• Excellent communication skills with guest relations focus; previous host/hostess or serving experience is beneficial

Pay: $6.50 - $10.00 per hour
