HSE Assistant Job Description
The HSE Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Health, Safety, and Environment departments. This position involves a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including direct collaboration with other department managers and safety staff.
Key Qualifications:

- Experience in new hire processing and general administrative tasks
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist with special projects and audits
- Verify employee information and documents
- Update daily and monthly reports
- Update internal databases and run safety reports
- Update external databases including ISNet and Veriforce
- Process Tribal cards for employees
- Create and maintain DOT files
- Report safety numbers directly to customers
- Cross train to help perform HR tasks as needed
This position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The HSE Assistant is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the overall effectiveness of the HSE department.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
