Role Description
The Freelance Sales Representative role for Aztec Facility Services is a full-time, on-site position located in Lakeville, MN. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, deliver persuasive sales presentations, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting for new leads, responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will also provide training and support to new clients on service offerings and ensure they receive the best experience.

Qualifications
Current or former janitorial/commercial cleaning sales professional
Retired sales professional looking for supplemental income
B2B sales experience with existing South Metro business connections -
Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proven skills in Sales, including prospecting and closing deals
- Experience in delivering compelling Sales Presentations and proposals
- Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Capable of providing Training to clients on services and solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of the commercial cleaning or facility maintenance industry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
