- Screen removal and reinstallation
- Ladder work and use of professional tools
- Completing jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Working solo or leading a 2-person crew once trained
Pay Structure (Performance-Driven)
- $18/hour base during training
- $20–$30 /hour based on production
Your pay increases based on:
- Job completion speed
- Quality of work
- Consistency and reliability

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift only (no nights)
- Full-time, steady summer workload
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic (no babysitting)
