We will provide you the tools and ability to be the best Certified Nurses Aide you can be! We currently have openings for a DAY CNA/Bath Aide (6 am - 2 pm) with every other weekend. The successful qualified candidates will be part of an incredible team that helps to ensure that each of our residents is given the best quality of care and friendship to ensure a happy living. Even better.... we have a $1000.00 Sign On Bonus for FT and $500 for PT for this position!
Responsibilities And Duties
Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan- Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs- Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes- Train to perform the Customer Care Liaison duties- Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion. This position works in the Bath House assisting residents and patients with scheduled bathing and/or showering. It is the Bath Aide's role to prep and retrieve the patients from their room and return them to their room when finished. This person needs to be highly detail oriented, task driven and organized. Staying on schedule is a must. Other duties include skin checks and weights, as well as being pulled to the floor as a CNA when needed.

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:- Current certification in the state of Nebraska- Professional enthusiastic attitude- Strong communication skills- Self motivated- Shows initiative in daily work.
