Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional pastry experience; leadership experience preferred
- Strong foundational pastry and baking skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Calm, focused presence during service
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and teamwork
- California Food Handler’s Certification; Manager’s Certification a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in daily pastry production, prep, and service execution
- Help manage prep schedules, organization, and inventory
- Support training and development of pastry cooks
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen systems
