What You’ll Do

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst – Architect to join our team and drive the effective use of Salesforce to meet business objectives. This role will work closely with stakeholders to drive strategy, business process optimization, gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows, recommending enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from stakeholders
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to ensure solutions align with business needs and deliver value.
• Support Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives to improve user experience and decision-making.
• Assist in integrating Salesforce with ERP (Oracle Cloud, NetSuite), HCM (Workday), and other enterprise applications.
• Conduct impact analysis, testing, and validation to ensure business requirements are met.
• Promote adoption of Salesforce best practices, data quality standards, and governance processes across the organization.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts, helping strengthen business analysis capabilities across the team.
• Contribute to the Salesforce innovation roadmap, suggesting enhancements, automation, and process improvements that drive business value.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and business process workflows.
• Experience with RCA, RCB, and FSL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations, and automation tools.
• Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified in:
  • App Builder
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Technical Architect

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management methodologies and project management tools like SmartSheet and Jira.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce products.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and APIs.
• Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and best practices.
