The position of the Inside Sales Representative will identify opportunities in their assigned territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing dealer, contractor, and architect base to achieve quarterly sales objectives. They will also focus on the online sales opportunity and guide the consumer journey through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. The role is full-time, onsite in Mays Landing, NJ.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
Know Our Products
- Become proficient in INTEX product category and demonstrate a knowledge of the building materials industry.
- Ability to communicate and sell value through differentiation.
- Gather & pass on competitive market intelligence.
Maintain, Develop, and Create Customer Relationships
- Call and connect with JH Sales Reps, dealers, contractors, and/or architects to sell our products.
- Guide consumers through exceptional service and product knowledge as homeowners strive toward re-inventing their outdoor living space.
Market and Customer Analysis
- Effectively uses technology-based CRM Salesforce tool for lead follow-up, pipeline management, forecasting, and lost opportunity tracking.
- Utilize Salesforce to identify customer opportunities and track performance.
- Identify leads/tracks jobs in Salesforce.
- Participate in business initiatives and projects to drive market growth.
We believe the successful candidate will have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired but not required
- Experience: 2-3 years of Sales Experience and/or Customer Service Experience
Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $60,000 to $68,000. In addition to base salary, we offer an accelerated commission structure and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
