We are seeking an eager, driven Digital Media Strategist to join our Client Services team to execute various marketing campaigns and digital platform deliverables for our portfolio of world-class Clients.
Role Description:
A Digital Media Strategist at AZDS is a driven, curious and agile team contributor, who has a background in digital marketing, content, website management, but is eager to learn and develop new skills.
This role is ideal for a seasoned digital marketer with a wealth of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across channels while leading the evolution of digital marketing strategy to maximize new and emerging channels. This candidate must have a track-record of delivering excellence in execution and a proven resume of strong results for clients.
Working in one of the luxury travel industry’s premier digital agencies, your role will be multi-faceted, ever evolving, and requires high levels of teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence, and strong commitment to excellence.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Lead our global clients with strategic recommendations to deliver their digital revenue, website visitation, and direct booking targets
- Participate in the education, adoption and delivery of the RevRaise Perform (Paid Media service) offering to AZDS clients
- Maintain core media competencies; stay ahead of emerging media trends, best practices and hospitality marketing trends.
- Build and present digital media plans, budgets and channel recommendations; assess new channels and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Campaign Management – Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaign strategies.
- Paid Search & Paid Social – Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) campaigns to deliver on specific campaign objectives.
- Budget Management – Efficiently allocate and manage digital ad budgets across multiple clients to meet performance goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Write copy and create marketing messaging for various digital content executions.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience building and managing paid ad campaigns across a range of media platforms: Google (Search, PMAX and Hotel Ads, preferred), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- In addition to campaign setup and management, specific experience desired: setting up new ad accounts, managing methods of payment, troubleshooting common advertising account issues
- Programmatic Display (and CTV) campaign planning and execution with full-service DSP partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Essential Qualities:
- Data-driven- An understanding of all paid advertising key performance indicators (KPIs). The ability to understand the data, connect results to tactics, recommend optimizations, and test/interpret campaign results.
- Proactive Ownership: Personal ownership of the process and the outcome – regardless of how the work needs to be completed and who must be involved, a successful individual in this role will take ownership of every step in the process from planning through execution. No task is too big or too small.

The estimated compensation range for this role in the Denver area is $75,000-$110,000, depending on experience and location.
