Our team includes three fellowship-trained surgeons and a physician assistant, delivering world-class treatment in a patient-centered environment. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure seamless daily function across the practice.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, including human resources, compliance, staff management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with healthcare management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in driving productivity while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and support front desk, billing, and clinical support staff.
- Manage HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor practice productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient throughput.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leadership to align administrative processes with clinical goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility needs.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for leadership review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (required; master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of medical practice management experience (orthopedic or surgical specialty preferred).
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
