Job Overview:
Azazie is looking for an unpaid intern to join our PR team! This internship will allow students to develop practical skills aligned with their academic career while being mentored by an industry professional. Interns will be able to get a glimpse into the world of fashion, gain hands-on experience, and make industry connections.
Our internship program requires availability to work onsite at our Showroom in Beverly Hills, CA between 4-8 hours per week during the academic year and will not exceed a 3-month period. This internship will offer academic credit.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prep, organize, and steam showroom inventory to maintain presentation standards
- Assist with client fittings, influencer appointments, and showroom styling sessions
- Support the PR and marketing team with event execution, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Assist in sourcing vendors for events, including catering, florals, rentals, and creative partners
- Coordinate showroom pulls and product selections for events, press, and influencer seeding
- Help manage guest lists and assist with outreach and invitations to influencers, VIPs, and tastemakers
- Support the creation of lookbooks, gifting suites, and other branded marketing materials
- Assist with general showroom operations and day-to-day PR needs

Qualifications:
- Currently completing a degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related field.
- Strong interest in the fashion/retail industry.
- Extremely organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with VIP/Talent when necessary
Physical Requirements:
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision.
