Customer Support Specialist

Azalea Health Services offers convenient mental health counseling to individuals of all ages. We provide individual, family, and group counseling services delivered by licensed mental health professionals. Our team is skilled in conducting initial assessments, creating treatment plans, and conducting follow-up sessions tailored to each individual's needs.

Azalea Health Services brings its compassionate, caring services into independent living, assisted living communities, nursing homes, memory care, and rehabilitation centers including skilled nursing.

Position Details This is a part-time, contract position (approximately 10 hours per week) for about 8 weeks, running July through September.

Responsibilities

Contacting appropriate contacts to obtain consent for our services

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources

Sending patient rosters and updates to appropriate contacts

Track activities and maintain accurate records in CRM system

Assist with marketing tasks such as assembling folders, binders, etc. as needed

Maintain HIPAA compliance and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

Availability to work part-time and travel locally

Self-motivated with excellent time management

Customer service experience

Strong verbal and communication skills

Reliable computer and internet access

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in administrative role, with a focus on providing excellent customer service

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks

Pay: $25.00 per hour
