Job DescriptionJob Title: Sr. Configuration Analyst – Healthcare (Facets/SQL)
Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Duration: 3 Months, possibility for extension
Pay Range: $50–$55/hr W2
Overview
Seeking a Sr. Configuration Analyst to join EyeMed’s Business Configuration Solutions team. The role is 60% configuration and 40% cross-functional collaboration, focused on Medicaid, Med/Surgical, and Medicare implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and represent configuration workstreams in cross-functional meetings.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot Medicaid/Medicare benefit products.
- Analyze and validate data using SQL; identify and resolve issues.
- Document requirements, process flows, and testing results.
- Support automation initiatives and configuration roadmap execution.
- Perform fit/gap analyses and contribute to onboarding of new business.
Required Skills
- 5 yrs Facets configuration (benefits, provider network, agreements).
- Strong SQL/Database skills (Oracle SQL preferred).
- Experience with healthcare claims & benefit configuration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Informatica-based automation tools (EyeMed).
- Experience in Medicaid/Medicare implementations.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills.
