AZ Window Services is looking for a Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on installation of residential and commercial window film with in-home sales consultations. We’re seeking someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in both their technical skills and customer-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional-grade window tint installations for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct on-site consultations and accurately measure windows for quotes
- Present product options and educate customers on benefits (heat rejection, privacy, security, etc.)
- Close sales with homeowners and property managers
- Enter estimates, schedule jobs, and manage communication using Jobber CRM
- Ensure every project meets high standards for cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential/commercial window tint installation
- Must be familiar with Jobber CRM (or able to learn quickly)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Punctual, professional, and able to work independently
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Flat glass Window tinting: 2 years (Required)
- Window cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Scissor Lift Certification (Preferred)
