Your work will involve general site civil, including land development or redevelopment projects.

On a given day, you’ll:
- Direct and/or design plans, calculate, and prepare engineering documents in accordance with the latest prevailing codes
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and responsible for project schedules and the timely completion of projects
- Work with private clients for various site development
- Prepare permit applications and submittals
- Participate in presentations, interviews, and project and client meetings
- Serve as a designated client contact
- Support other divisions as needed, including transportation and municipal based projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

2 years of progressive experience designing land development projects
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members in multiple offices
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal codes and standards related to civil improvement projects

Our good-faith compensation approach is fair and equitable, and takes into consideration only permissible factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, training, skills, and experience, and geographic location where the work is performed. A salary range for this posting is $75000 - $95000. The foregoing salary range represents what the company believes, in good-faith, it will pay for the posted opportunity. The individual selected for this role will be evaluated with the compensation factors in mind and placed appropriately.
