Role Description
We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our team. This position is open for a highly driven and self-motivated individual with a desire to become a well-rounded civil design engineer, with exposure to a variety of projects and designs. Additionally, CCG always looks to promote from within for those hard-working individuals looking to take the next step in their career toward project and client management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
- Experience with Stormwater Management and Land Development planning
- Knowledge of Roadway Design practices and standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam
- Experience with CUHP/SWMM, HEC-RAS, WaterCad, GIS a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure is preferred
