- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Complete accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused environment
Qualifications
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
- Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors
