What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
- Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
Qualifications
- Current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
