Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients with personal injuries to determine their physical condition and specific rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement personalized vestibular rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.
Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises designed to improve balance, coordination, and overall physical function.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies to maintain progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Previous experience in vestibular rehabilitation and personal injury cases preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
