- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
✅ Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Kansas
- Current DEA license
- Excellent communication and clinical judgment
- Prior experience in Ortho, Neurology , or pain management preferred
