Role Description
We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team at Axius CDJR. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goshen, IN. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales data, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also ensure that team members meet sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

- Proven experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and motivate the sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze sales data, create reports, and identify trends for driving growth
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes, products, and services
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment is an advantage
