What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with kids and teens who need extra support learning and growing
- Help children build important life skills like communication, social interaction, and independence
- Support positive behaviors and gently guide kids through challenges
- Follow simple plans created by a supervisor (you’ll be trained!)
- Track progress so we can celebrate growth and adjust support when needed
- Work closely with families and a supportive team
- Attend trainings so you feel confident and prepared in your role
