This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, process driven, and passionate about experienced in production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and diverse forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials and equipment.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assigned forklifts.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- High exposure to the elements outdoors due to the nature of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize material handling and distribution processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Forklift operator certification or the ability to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
