Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, vacation packages, and related services
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budget
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
