Inventory Coordinator
Reports To: Site Lead
Location: Sabine, TX

Position Purpose:
The primary objective is to support maintenance repair and overhaul activities in the production plants serviced from the warehouse, while following all safety rules and recommendations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
AXion Inventory Coordinator will:
- Audit incoming/outgoing BOL/Packing slips
- Process Pick Tickets for good issue
- Reconcile received versus ordered goods
- Enter GR transactions in warehouse management system
- Correctly stage/store materials in location
- Maintain accurate inventory levels
- Accurate processing of documents (BOLS, packing lists, etc)
- Obtain PODs from suppliers
- Stock materials in proper bin/location
- Conducts inspection of/operate vehicles/forklifts
- Identify and report operational issues
- Perform kitting/marshalling duties
- Load / Unload trucks
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with SAP preferred
- 2 years of industrial material experience
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Warehouse Experience
