Are you a seasoned IT support professional with hands-on branch support experience? Do you have a background supporting finance clients and a track record of solving complex technical issues on-site?
We’re looking for Branch Support Specialists who are ready to make an immediate impact at our branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and infrastructure at branch locations
- Troubleshoot end-user issues with applications, connectivity, VPNs, and more
- Support and maintain in-house and third-party software, including market data applications
- Act as escalation point for Helpdesk issues; collaborate with Network Services and global support teams
- Maintain ticketing records, documentation, and ensure policy compliance
- Assist in home office setup and remote work support (firm-issued or personal laptops VMs)
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
- Stay updated on new technologies and internal tools
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of field support experience, preferably in a branch environment
- Background in supporting financial services clients is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (3 years of progressive experience = 1 year of education)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general enterprise IT tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – We are not sponsoring visas at this time
Candidates must be local or willing to work on-site. Travel to surrounding branch offices may be required.
