Role Description The On-Site Staffing Manager is a full-time role based at an Axiom client site in Charleson, SC. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding candidates, supporting employee relations, and ensuring that our staffing program is meeting client expectations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, tracking productivity and attendance, and collaborating with internal Axiom and client teams to meet service and compliance standards.
