What You'll Do:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, from basic fixes to more complex projects.
- Install new equipment and appliances, ensuring everything is up to code and functioning perfectly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Keep detailed logs of your work and communicate effectively with our team and clients.
- Be available for on-call emergency responses as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrical work (at least 2 years required).
- The ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a certification in building maintenance is a plus!
