Position: Leasing Agent

Location: Mission Hills, Franklin WI

Pay Range: $17-$20

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and personable Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle leasing and marketing efforts while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth property operations. You’ll be responsible for fostering positive relationships with residents and prospects, ensuring compliance, and maintaining property professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and assist with off-site marketing efforts.
• Inspect and maintain the appearance of model units, vacant rentable units, and overall property.
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Organize and maintain resident and office files.
• Create and update reports, lease packages, and online content.
• Collect rents and deposits, and drive to the bank for deposits as needed.
• Respond promptly to communications, including calls, emails, text messages, and internet inquiries.
• Use call scripts for initial contacts with prospective residents.
• Submit and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with residents, applicants, staff, and vendors.
• Support resident retention efforts and lease renewal processes.
• Conduct property inspections to uphold high property appearance standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: Previous leasing experience.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current auto insurance. Any changes to driving status must be reported immediately.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and lift or move up to 25 lbs. Proficiency in handling office tasks, such as answering calls, emails, and greeting clients.
