- Process rental applications and execute lease agreements
- Prepare and maintain resident and office files
- Collect rents and deposits, make bank deposits as needed
- Submit and follow up on work orders
- Schedule and prepare vacant units for occupancy
- Assist in legal proceedings concerning property
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Communicate courteously with residents, applicants, and vendors
- Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, texts, and internet leads
- Record all communications in CRM and property management software
- Uphold Fair Housing laws and company policies
- 1 year leasing experience preferred (AppFolio )
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Arrive on time and work assigned hours
- Achieve at least 70% on secret shop evaluations
- Stay current on all required training
- Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
