About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to join our Accounting team. This entry-level role supports essential accounting processes by analyzing data, maintaining accurate records, reviewing contracts, and assisting with payment applications. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while contributing to Axiom’s success.
Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze and track data related to client and company accounts.
- Assist with research, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Organize and maintain files in SharePoint.
- Navigate multiple systems to pull contract information and remittance data.
- Create and maintain reports with payment application records.
- Collaborate with other accounting departments as needed.

- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of college coursework or relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of accounts payable or receivable experience.
