Join an enterprise applications organization supporting business-critical platforms used across HR, legal, finance, procurement, IT, and the broader employee population. This team is expanding the use of ServiceNow from a primarily IT-focused platform into a broader enterprise application that supports employee experience, source-to-pay workflows, HR service delivery, and connected business processes. The environment is collaborative, business-facing, and focused on building scalable, intuitive solutions that help employees and managers work more efficiently across enterprise systems.

What's In Store For You:

Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)

This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a major ServiceNow enterprise applications roadmap. The role will help shape source-to-pay workflows, employee portal capabilities, HR service delivery enhancements, and future enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. Local or regional candidates near Bridgewater, NJ are preferred, though remote candidates may be considered if they can support Eastern Time collaboration and periodic office visits.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Serve as a hands-on ServiceNow functional lead for enterprise application initiatives across procurement, HR, legal, finance, and employee experience workflows.
  • Help expand ServiceNow beyond ITSM/ITOM into a broader enterprise platform supporting source-to-pay, employee portal, HRSD, and connected business processes.
  • Lead business-facing requirements sessions, intake discussions, stakeholder meetings, decision tracking, and follow-up activities with minimal direction.
  • Translate business needs into clear ServiceNow requirements for workflows, portals, catalog items, intake forms, approvals, dashboards, notifications, and integration touchpoints.
  • Partner with technical leads, platform owners, developers, PMO, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are buildable, testable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Support S2P/P2P workflows involving procurement intake, request routing, approvals, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, requisitions, and ERP-connected processes.
  • Contribute to Employee Center / employee portal rollout activities, including request experience, content structure, navigation, ownership, adoption, testing, and readiness.
  • Support HRSD and HR service delivery enhancements in coordination with HCM and enterprise application stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including requirements, process flows, decision logs, test scenarios, UAT scripts, role/security assumptions, risk logs, and cutover inputs.
  • Drive testing and readiness by preparing scenarios, coordinating business testers, tracking defects, validating fixes, and confirming end-to-end workflow quality.
  • Identify risks early, including unclear ownership, integration dependencies, missing requirements, weak adoption plans, process exceptions, and readiness gaps.
  • Build credibility with business stakeholders through strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and polished written documentation.

Are you an experienced ServiceNow enterprise applications leader ready to make an impact?

  • 10 years of relevant business applications, enterprise applications, ServiceNow functional leadership, business analysis, or platform/product ownership experience preferred.
  • Strong ServiceNow experience beyond ITSM/ticketing, ideally involving enterprise workflows, Employee Center, HRSD, S2P/P2P, procurement, portals, or cross-platform business processes.
  • Experience leading full project lifecycle activities from initiation, intake, and requirements through testing, deployment, readiness, and closeout.
  • Proven ability to lead business-facing meetings, gather requirements, document decisions, manage open items, and move work forward independently.
  • Hands-on experience translating business needs into ServiceNow functional requirements for workflows, approvals, portals, catalog items, forms, dashboards, notifications, and integrations.
  • S2P/P2P or procurement process exposure, including intake, approvals, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, requisitions, or request routing.
  • ERP exposure such as Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • HCM exposure such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
  • Experience coordinating cross-platform workflows across ServiceNow, ERP, HCM, CLM, procurement, and enterprise application teams.
  • Employee Center, Employee Center Pro/EC Pro, HRSD, employee portal, or employee experience rollout experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, business analysis discipline, communication, grammar, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Life sciences, biotech, pharma, regulated industry, consulting, or corporate communications-facing project experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • ServiceNow, business analysis, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
