How You Will Make An Impact
- Build, maintain, and update Workday reports and dashboards using Report Writer and Advanced Reporting.
- Support recurring HR reporting, dashboards, and metrics across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other HR functions.
- Use Qlik and other analytics tools to help deliver people insights, HR metrics, and operational reporting.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, data gaps, and quality issues.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests for leadership, audits, internal stakeholders, and federal/state reporting requirements.
- Partner with HR teams to gather requirements, clarify reporting needs, and deliver reporting solutions that support business decisions.
- Help monitor HR data accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to reporting documentation, job aids, SOPs, and process improvement recommendations.
Are you an experienced People Analytics professional ready to make an impact?
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience, especially with reporting, dashboards, HR analytics, or people data.
- Experience using Workday Report Writer and/or Advanced Reporting.
- Strong background supporting HR, People Analytics, Talent, or HR Operations reporting needs.
- Experience with HR dashboards, HR metrics, data analysis, data visualization, and data quality management.
- Experience with Qlik, Tableau, Quantum Workplace, MAXQDA, or similar analytics tools preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting support.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Workday Reporting or Workday Pro certification preferred.
- Pharma or biotech industry experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, stakeholder collaboration, and ability to communicate data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
