This team plays a critical role in ensuring commercial stakeholders have accurate, timely, and actionable data to support patient access and market expansion. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and data architecture, the team partners closely with field operations, analytics, and channel management groups to build a strong data foundation that drives real-world patient impact.

Opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders across commercial operations and IT

Exposure to enterprise data transformation initiatives including Snowflake modernization

How You Will Make An Impact:
- Act as a key liaison between commercial stakeholders and IT/data teams
- Translate business needs into data requirements and data warehouse logic
- Support documentation of business rules, KPIs, and data lineage
- Partner with field strategy, analytics, and channel teams to align data insights with business goals
- Work alongside data warehouse teams to ensure accurate implementation of business logic in Snowflake
- Drive requirement gathering, validation, and UAT processes
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across reporting and analytics solutions
Are you a proven commercial data professional with pharma industry expertise?
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial data, commercial operations, or commercial IT within pharma
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy, patient services, claims, and distribution data
- Experience translating business requirements into data models or warehouse logic
- Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake and SQL (comfortable querying and validating data)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Strong communication skills with confidence in stakeholder-facing environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
