Senior .NET / Full Stack Tech Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior .NET / Full Stack Tech Lead with strong experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application development, production support, troubleshooting, release management, and incident resolution in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Framework 4.x.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across development, test, and production environments.
• Work with Scala and Play Framework codebases, with sufficient knowledge to read and debug the NVS/nvs-service adapter.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Support and administer applications hosted on IIS and Windows Server 2019.
• Work with Vue.js, including understanding existing O&R components and supporting migration to the target architecture.
• Manage source code using Git / GitHub Enterprise and TFS.
• Support production release management, deployment activities, validation, and post-release monitoring.
• Participate in incident management, troubleshooting production issues and coordinating resolution using tools such as Jira Service Management and PagerDuty.
• Analyze application logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain operational/support procedures.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on .NET engineer with strong production support experience, capable of working across legacy .NET Framework applications, SQL Server, IIS/Windows Server, and newer Vue.js components. The candidate should also be comfortable troubleshooting Scala/Play Framework services and managing production incidents and releases.
