What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cutover Consultant position at Axiom Global Technologies?
We’re looking for an experienced Cutover Lead to drive planning and execution activities for a major enterprise transformation.
What You’ll Do:
• Own end-to-end cutover planning, readiness, and go-live execution
• Coordinate across IT, business teams, vendors, and third-party applications
• Manage cutover dependencies, risks, issues, and contingency plans
• Lead mock cutovers/dry runs and final go-live war room activities
• Support Go/No-Go decisions and business continuity planning
• Track progress through cutover dashboards, KPIs, and status meetings
• Coordinate ramp-down/ramp-up activities during transition
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Cutover Lead / Cutover Manager / Go-Live Lead
• Strong enterprise implementation or ERP transformation experience
• Experience coordinating integrations such as EDI, Vertex, customer/tax engines, and other bolt-ons
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel weekly to the client/project site
