We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud professional with strong expertise in SFCC Business Manager and eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
✔ Manage and maintain SFCC configurations, promotions, catalogs, campaigns, and site content
✔ Support data management, imports, and quality assurance activities
✔ Collaborate on platform enhancements, releases, and feature rollouts
✔ Investigate and resolve production issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience
✔ Coordinate testing activities and support business users during validation cycles
Requirements:
🔹 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with SFCC Business Manager
🔹 Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and digital merchandising
🔹 Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
