Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has excellent phone skills and customer service
- Is a motivated, self-starter
- Can easily explain anything to anyone
- Has intermediate computer skills (Google Suite and industry specific software)
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish speaking)
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Swiftly answer inbound calls
- Outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
- Schedule services for new and existing customers
- Assist Technicians as needed
- Demonstrate 5-star customer service with every interaction
- Calmly resolves and de-escalates any customer issues
- Escalate calls to supervisor as needed
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
