• Ensure accurate handoffs, staging, labeling, and completed assemblies

• Promote safety, organization, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Cross-train team members to build a flexible, capable workforce

• Serve as a hands-on working manager who can step in and help solve problems when needed

• Experience leading teams in a custom fabrication, woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of woodworking and cabinetry; familiarity with CNC and metal fabrication

• Ability to read drawings and understand manufacturing processes

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Calm and effective under pressure

• Comfortable balancing people, production, quality, schedule, and budget

• A hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to craftsmanship

Axiom is a fast-moving, collaborative environment where no two projects are the same. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to complexity, support their team, and take ownership of getting great work out the door.

$38–$42/hour DOE, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and Roth options, 20 days PTO after year one, and paid holidays.
